Renter's Requirements:
- Security deposit amount indicated is the minimum required and may be increased as determined by your previous rental & credit history.

- Renter's insurance is required.
- When pets are allowed, a deposit of $400 is required for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. Monthly rent for pet may also be charged. Ask
about breed and weight restrictions which vary based on the property insurance policy.
